+: The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and always helpful. The location is excellent, opposite Lumpini Park and very close to an MRT station, and about a 18min walk to the closest BTS station. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Pool is lovely and the Spa is very relaxing.

-: The check-in and check-out process felt chaotic, with some staff being trained, which was a bit messy esp. during peak periods. The hotel is showing its age, so it is tatty around the edges. Next door is currently under construction and there are renovation works in the hotel - hence the low prices. The rooms overlooking the park have a gorgeous view of the park and the cityscape, however, there is a major road in-front of the hotel and so throughout the late night and early morning you can hear car drivers taking their fancy cars out for maximum acceleration - so ear plugs well help.

+: Modern style hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is very cool! Breakfast is large and varied. Room was large and quiet, the bath tub fantastic. We had access to the executive lounge area - they served complimentary cocktails and afternoon tea daily. We also chose to have breakfast up their on our last morning, wish we did that sooner! Very pleasant and comfortable spot to sit.

-: The food at breakfast had limited healthy options - eg, no muesli or plain greek yoghurt. Lots of sugary foods and pastries - yum! But would've enjoyed some healthier sweet options too.
