+: Cosy, laid back little hotel located on the small roadway behind the night market right in the heart of Kata Beach. We had a great stay here, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and we had a great time people watching from our balcony above the night market. Tem minutes walk to Kata Beach and lots of food options available at the night market.

+: Lovely little hotel in the heart of kata . The owner & staff were very nice & helpful. Large clean quiet rooms . Chilled bar with sport cocktails & full English breakfast. Outside the hotel is kata walking street food market lots of restaurants and a short walk to the beach . Definitely would stay again

+: Abbiamo passato una settimana a marzo 2024 in questa Guest House: Staff gentilissimo, pulizia impeccabile e posizione perfetta. Avevamo basse aspettative (mi era stato solo garantito che fosse molto pulita da un altro viaggiatore che me l'ha consigliata) e invece è andato tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative.

-: Unico neo: manca l'ascensore e quindi è sconsigliata a chi soffre di problemi di mobilità.

+: Zentale Lage, aber zum Strand etwas längerer Weg, da ein Hotel umgangen werden muss. Gute Busanbindung. Zimmer wirklich ruhig, trotz der zentalen Lage und dem Markt neben an. Sauber ist alles, Dusche und Toilette habe ausreichend Wasser.

-: Leider kein Frühstück, aber eine Möglichkeit war nicht weit weg, 3 Min. Der Zugang zum Hotel war für Taxi nicht möglich, die letzten Meter musste man mit Koffer laufen. Der Zugang zum Zimmer, Treppenaufgang war sehr eng. Keine Kofferträger, kein Zimmererklärung, nur Schlüsselübergabe. Zimmer sind zwar alt aber überwiegend sauber und in Ordnung. Chefin war überwiegend freundlich, aber auf die Frage, ob sie den Safe aufmachen könnte, wurde ich abgespeißt, das macht sie wenn ich Abreise. Auf Anfrage wo ich Frühstücken kann, wurde nur mit der Hand nach außen gezeigt, hätte ich gerne mehr erwartet. Habe dann selbst ein gutes Lokal gefunden. Für 14 Tage würde ich es nicht buchen, aber für 2-4 Tage völlig ausreichend.
