+: Staff were lovely, pool was good and room was decent for what you pay for. Location is great and would definitely stay again.

-: Air con stopped blowing cold air twice, it did get fixed but it took a while and had to go down to the front desk.

+: The staff at the reception and restaurant is very service minded and helpful. We extended our stay so we stayed for 1 month. The restaurant is really nice with a lot of good food.

-: The bed could be softer. Typically Thailand. It would be nice with a co-working room.

+: It is well located in the area and at walking distance to the beach. It has many stores around for whatever it is needed. The room was nice and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when coming back to Phuket!
