+: L’hôtel était très propre, la literie extrêmement confortable. Et le personnel très à l’écoute. Et la piscine à la sortie du lit est un vrai ++ avec la vue imprenable sur Phuket. Ce séjour était inoubliable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et si vous aimez les chats, vous allez être ravie!!

-: La qualité du wifi, qui n’a plus marché au bout deux jours. Et la bonne montée pour accéder à l’hôtel.

-: I was over charged for 1 of our 5 rooms, the staff weren’t friendly or helpful. The first 2days we went without air conditioning and to get it fixed was a nightmare, breakfast was terrible. We paid for all 5rooms with breakfast included when we arrived only 2rooms had paid breakfasts. Our rooms were all so far away from each other and I specifically asked for rooms to be next to or close together. My son accidentally broke a glass and we were charged for it. Extremely disappointed being over charged they wouldn’t reason with us and they kept saying it was Booking.com error. Will never recommend this place so so disappointing. The week before we stayed at Andaman White Beach Resort and this place was amazing, beautiful, brilliant kind friendly staff, amazing location, great food, very clean.
