+: It was an overall fantastic experience and both my wife and me will come back soon. Very nice and experience staff. Even the management is as strong as the weakest link in the chain. This was for example in the breakfast room when one of the junior staff did not understand that I wanted another expresso. No expresso came. When I notified the manager, she promptly arranged the expresso herself. And I saw her also quickly cleaning tables and set it up for the next guests. Perfect......
