It is a 2-minute drive from Thongsala Walking Street and the main pier. The popular Haad Rin Beach, where the Full Moon Party is held, is a 15-minute drive away.

-: La playa del hotel y el acceso al hotel que se forman charcos gigantes de barro que se hace muy difícil el acceso incluso en moto.

+: The SPA was great, the restaurant is amazing and the pool was very nice

-: The bed mattress were simply awful, time for an upgrade. We also made a reservation for Junior Suite with twin beds. The hotel however gave us, for the same price, a room with one twin bed and a floor mattress.

+: Der Empfang war herzlich und aufmerksam. Der Begrüßungsdrink und das Handtuch zum Erfrischen sehr gut! Die Zimmer waren sauber. Der Pool war toll. Der Service am Pool hat immer seine Runde gedreht und geschaut ob jemand etwas benötigt. Das Essen im Restaurant war exzellent - Lob an den Koch... der sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt hat, ob es uns schmecktgeschmeckt hat.

-: Das Gesichtshandtuch meiner Tochter ging nicht richtig sauber beim Waschen. Im wiederholten Fall hätten wir es zahlen müssen (fand ich übertrieben). Ein kostenloser Shuttleservice zur Hauptstraße wäre wünschenswert. Nicht wegen der Entfernung, sondern dem bazigen mit Pfützen übersäten Weg! Oder man richtet die Straße einfach so her, dass man trockenen Fußes vorne oder wieder am Hotel ankommt ;-).

+: מקום מקסים ממשברכה נהדרתחוף מקסיםחדר ענק ומהמםצוות נפלא (בברכה, במסעדה ברחבי המלון)

-: המקום מרוחק מהמרכזים והחופים המרכזיים.אבל בקופנגן יש צורך להתנייד אם רוצים להגיע לכל מיני חופים.הצוות בקבלה לא מסביר פנים.
