+: Grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Getränken zu freundlichen Preisen und täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser gratis, gute AC, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, WLAN erst grottenschlecht, nach Meldung an der Lobby erschien einen Tag später eine Firma um den Missstand zu beheben, danach perfektes WLAN, tägliche Zimmerreinigung mit Austausch Badetücher, Safe-Box an der Lobby, unkomplizierte Vermietung von gut gewarteten Motorbikes, für Motorbikefahrer perfekte Lage, Restaurant mit guter Frühstück-Auswahl, schöner Pool, Pooltücher gratis.

-: Dusche im Zimmer nur lauwarmes Wasser, am Pool wenig Liegestühle (genügend für Low-Season), keine Sonnenschirme, weshalb Schatten erst am Nachmittag vorhanden ist, Dusche am Pool ausser Betrieb, sehr viele Treppen (zu Lobby, zum Restaurant, zum Pool, zum Zimmer), für eingeschränkt mobile Personen nicht geeignet.
