+: The place is very family friendly specially for children. They have multiple playgrounds for them to play. Currently the other pools are under renovation but there are still few available.
-: I think the main pathways going to the hotel rooms are using a regular tiles which tends to be slippery when get wet and also dangerous for children

+: Great comfort and location at extremely good prices. Property has 7 pools (2 of them have poolbars) and plenty of activities for kids. It's quite a kid-friendly place. Breakfast spread is good and drinks are great. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk through the property and there are great restaurants at walkable distance from Sunwing. Property was clean and maintained well. Separated corners for smoking are maintained. Travel desk at front is quite efficient and charge lesser than Grab app. All staff are quite friendly and helpful.
-: They charge 50Thai Bahts for room service - just to get food from ground floor to your room!! Room cleaning is subpar - they don't replace used towels and cutlery unless asked and bed is not made. Shower water pressure is too low - you spend a lot more time under shower due to this.
