+: good place for sports training and activities. If visiting Phuket for sports, this is a good place to train. Training facilities and the coach are great. Great place for sports lovers.

-: Location is far away from other popular places in Phuket. If you are visiting Phuket for sightseeing it will be better to stay in more central locations. If you are not into sporting activities, would be better to stay in more central locations.

+: This was my second time to this iconic hotel. Needed a reset after being away for two months and this was exactly what was needed. This is not a place to check in and then spend your days out and about. This is a place to reset, train, eat good, detox, get focused and all in the grounds of a great facility. This a stand out facility for the fitness minded or those that want to change some habits. Its the total package. There are classes, there pools(one is world class ) We had this many times to ourselves!. The food offering is brilliant with FRESH being the basis of all they offer. I would recommend for everyone regardless of how fit or unfit you are. The rooms are great , clean and have all that is needed. The staff are the main Key to this hotels success! Nothing is too difficult . We will go back again

-: Nothing really, I like that it is quite far from the city.

+: Our kids attended the summer sports camp which was amazing, and we also attended some tennis and group classes all of which were very energising. The coaches are excellent, they are patient and able to adjust the programme to suit all skill levels. The sporting facilities are the main reason for anyone to stay here and we're so pleased and excited to watch our kids progress daily!

-: Outside of the sporting facilities, this is a pretty average hotel. On reservation we requested connecting rooms to a suite and was told this was not possible - only to find out on arrival that it is. Our double bed was made up of 2 twins of different mattress hardness. The rooms' air conditioning are faulty and only has 2 settings: off or arctic. That said, rooms are clean and overall match the rates we are paying relative to Phuket resorts. Probably the biggest qualm we have is with the F&B, which was very overpriced - premium pricing even for 5* resorts in Phuket, but the quality & choice are both very average. We ended up driving out for dinner every night so renting a car turned out to be a good idea!

+: Spacious, clean, modern and great facilities. Beautiful gardens, well kept and clean.

+: The sports program. The staff at hotel were good.

-: It’s not 4 stars, I would say 3 stars. The staff in the sports area wasn’t very nice and helpful. One has to get water on our own from dispenser. Breakfast was subpar and tea was horrible.
