+: The location was opposite the beach, easy access.There's enough lighting in the room, unlike some hotels, lighting is so less and makes the room feel dull.

-: The staffs. Especially the front office (reception). I requested to see the room before booking. The staff said they're full and can see the pictures from the mobile phone instead. Then later on she said there's a room but cannot see. Somehow, after several requests, I was able to see the room and booked. After booking, I was informed there're 2 room types available, twin and double. So now, magically, there's another room. You're in the service industry, not in an industry, to lie to (tentative) customers.
