+: The Host and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I received an upgrade for a room with a small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

-: There were some guests shouting at night and Banging on the door like mad and even after midnight.

+: Staff is kind, They gave me spacious family room causw the double room AC was broken. But great value for money.

-: Not great location, There's no lobby it's just like a living room for the staff. They do not clean nor change the sheets properly.

+: From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of at the Elegant Patong Hotel. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a huge plus, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea with ease.. Hotel offering a relaxing environment with great views. One of the good hotel in that surrounding area.

+: Elegant Patong Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Pattaya's vibrant nightlife and beaches. We would definitely stay there again.
