+: Full stay was fantastic. The hospitality top, the whole stay was a feeling-at-home & top facilities. Worth mentioning is the superb breakfast!

-: One advice: keep the bar open with longer hours. Now it was a relative early closure at 10pm.

+: Great and friendly staff. Porters were fantastic. And a very convenient location. Excellent food and service.10 out of ten

+: Staff were very nice, facility was good (the only thing that could have been better is a bigger pool), rooms were great - spacious and with comfortable matresses. Central location by the metro and a good breakfast with diverse options. Great stay.

+: The location is good and the bed is comfortable

-: The room amenities are in quite bad state; safe didn’t work upon check in; followed by the shampoo conditioner didn’t pump properly. Also the restaurant isn’t efficient as when after we ordered the chicken rice the restaurant called back to say they run out of food , we ordered pasta instead and then was told to order y grab as the restaurant is closed. Why take out orders initially then ? This is so confusing and ineffective

-: La piscina no está a nivel del resto del hotel, por la situación en la 3ra planta con vistas a edificios y con mucho ruido del exterior
