+: Hotel was in a great location close to the main strip of Khao Lak. Easy to access services and food. Plus right on a stunning beach. The resort itself was grand and beautiful. So many facilities and the kids pool in particular was what was our draw card. It really did not disappoint. We had a swim out pool room and that was great.

-: This was the second resort we stayed at in Khao Lak. I have to say that we did not find most of the staff very friendly. I guess they looked tired and over worked compared to the friendly staff we experienced at another local hotel. This was across the board from check in to the restaurant. Thankfully we did meet some who were lovely (gentleman working at the coconut bar). The rooms were dated, had a very moist smell and my pillows absolutely stunk like someone else had used it for weeks. This was a huge letdown.
