+: Great location in a quite alley, yet still very close to the action, beach, shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and big, with a nice private balcony. Breakfast was pretty good.
-: AC outside unit on the balcony was VERY loud.

+: The breakfast selection was good and there is something for everyone. I found the room very clean and comfortable and had a good night sleep every night while staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with anything. I will certainly return in the future on my next trip to Pattaya and would recommend this hotel for either singles or families.
