+: Great staff. Didn't need much from them but always smiling and greeting me. Room cleaning perfect. Roof top pool great. Perfect location- away from the craziness but only 5-7 minutes walk and you can find a baht bus and one of thw major streets that goes along the bay. Rooms are very spacious with a sofa and table as well as a balcony also with tables and chairs. Shower great, lighting in room great - in fact zero to say that is negative or constructive. For the price, this is a bargain
