Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Top Villas 3* 2024-2025 Thailand, Phuket

+: Govert was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The friendliness and easy going personality was definitely what we were looking for before our stay. The apartment was spacious and a huge patio to peek at the ocean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

-: It'd be great if the janitors could come and clear our trash bins and vacuum the floor rugs more often. During our 5 day stay, they only came for the first 2 days.

+: Great views, huge balcony and living area, friendly host and near all services, shopping, restaurants and bars. Great position

-: Walking up the hill in the heat and humidity was the worst aspect but it bought the views

+: Der Ausblick vom Balkon und die Nähe zum Meer waren einzigartig. Der eigene Pool war sehr angenehm da die Wassertemperatur nicht zu warm war.Die kostenlose Waschmaschine war sehr nützlich.

-: Die beiden Schäferhunde waren sehr mühsam. Sie bewachten ständig den Eingang. Sie kannten uns auch nach 7 Tagen nicht und bellten uns beim Nachhausekommen regelmässig an. Die Wohnung müsste wieder einmal erneuert werden. Der eine Abfluss lief nicht ab, Kühlschrank hat keine Tür beim Gefrierfach. Das eine Zimmer roch modrig feucht.

+: Very nice view and place on the mountain. Good stuff. Pool. Two friendly dogs.

+: Vicino al Centro ma per giungere al condominio vi è una ripidissima salita al limite del ribaltamento

-: Nulla corrisponde a ciò che viene descritto e offerto! Si tratta di una truffa! È un malridotto appartamento al terzo piano di un condominio senza ascensore.L'appartamento è formato da 2 camerette e da una più grande, senza finestre e separata dalla zona giorno da una tenda!Mobili vecchi, rotti, divani squarciati, materassi troppo vecchi per dormirci, unico nécessaire, la carta igienica, biancheria vecchia e macchiata.Per i primi nove giorni non funzionava l'aria condizionata (dopo era comunque insufficiente) e non veniva fatta pulizia.Nella vanella di accesso alle rampe di scale del condominio, vi sono 2 Pastori Tedeschi alla catena ( H24) che spesso si infastidivano del nostro necessario passaggio e oltretutto dovevamo fare attenzione a non calpestare i loro escrementi.Potrei continuare a dire di ulteriore assenza di servizi, ospitalità e abitabilità, ma preferisco chiudere e puntualizzare che la mia è stata una esperienza pessima e terribile e che soprattutto mi sento truffato in quanto avevo prenotato tutt'altro!!!
