+: Foi um golpe, eles colocam que estão no Booking, fazemos a reserva e quando cheguei lá não havia vaga. Falavam que não recebiam mais reserva da booking. Acabamos perdendo o dinheiro da reserva.

+: Nothing went well. I never got past the reception desk, where three other travellers were being refused accommodation.

-: The hotel refused to provide the booked room. They claimed that they had terminated their contract with OYO 5 months previously and would not honour the booking made that day. They stated that they no longer work with online bookings. They charged the full rental (one night) to my credit card, and I await a refund. I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice and additional cost.

-: The contract between the hotel and OYO ends but you can still book the room. When you show up, the hotel just denied you and asked you to pay more to stay.
