+: Honest Feedback Before Booking:Rooms:We booked two rooms that did not match the pictures shown. The rooms were sparsely furnished and did not align with the advertised amenities.The bathroom had a strong sewage smell.The LED lights from the air conditioning unit were disruptive at night and affected our sleep.The rooms were noisy at night due to pool activity after hours.The rooms did not have a pleasant view; they only overlooked the interior of the building.We encountered bedbugs and mosquito bites, and one room had cockroaches.The shower was not functioning properly.Staff and Reception:The reception staff, including Dada, Wiifii, and Pooh, were unprofessional and used offensive language about guests. For example, they referred to guests as "Stupid Farang" (Ting-Tong Baa).Housekeeping was inadequate, leaving trash bins full and not refilling shampoo.When we reported bedbug bites and requested new bed sheets, the old sheets were put back.Building:The building was undergoing constant maintenance work.The children's pool was closed.The other pool was dirty, with a baby’s nappy found in it.There was ongoing construction noise from early morning, which disrupted sleep.Early morning street noise from work trolleys and continuous construction noise from the neighboring resort was very disturbing.Breakfast:The included breakfast was of poor quality, and we found it better to eat outside.The location, while central, was not ideal for families due to the presence of marijuana shops and massage places.Overall Experience:The management, primarily Turkish and Russian, did not address our concerns or provide solutions.We were not informed about the ongoing construction or the room conditions, which led to a very negative experience.Conclusion:If you’re looking for a pleasant holiday in Thailand, I would suggest exploring other options.
