+: What can I say about my stay here, it was excellent, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, the location was great everything in walking reach, banana market, Bangla road, patong beach, the service at this hotel was exceptional, even the cleaners were always polite and smiling and very hard working keeping the hotel immaculate, the other staff day and night was just the best hotel staff I have ever seen very friendly always smiling and happy, you can get drinks in the hotel bar 247 which was great if you like a drink like me, and from 7am you can order a great breakfast cooked by a great chef, the boss is a very nice man always happy to say hello, the rooms are extremely clean and modern and the shower is huge and powerful, comfy beds, you also have a mini bar in your room, I mean actual rum and beers and snacks for you in your room, which was great, I missed leaving this hotel, and will 100% be coming here for my next stay soon, thank you for all the day and night staff (the girls) for taking care of me, all the best from sukh singh, (Mr sangsom 😂)

+: The rooms were clean and spacious. The latex pillows and mattress were also comfortable.

-: The location alongside the road is quite busy with a lot of motorbikes travelling pass making the area bit noisy during night time. The facilities of the property were a bit old and the cable TV could hardly watch due to weak signal.

+: Location is good, the wifi is also good the team is trained properly and know more or less what to do, my only comments would be to have nicer people at the reception sometimes the girl at the reception is a bit rudeCold, but I guess it’s almost everywhere in small hotel.

-: I had 2 rooms next to mine, occupied by Arabic people (Saudi I guess) playing music very loud, very rude people, always noisy, not respecting anything and the worst is the staff of the management are not doing anything so I could not rest properly and just because of that I left after a night only. They’re also asking for 1k bath deposit which is not mentionned Anywhere where you book but I understand to ask this when you have these people from Saudi, from one bas to stop them or at least talk to them !

+: Reception 24h, pulizia, posizione. Ci siamo solo stati 1 notte, ma la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stato un po’ scorbutica nei nostri confronti, che per essere in Thailandia ci siamo rimasti un po’ male.
