+: Het personeel was klantvriendelijk! Het hotel is vrij nieuw!
-: Het "ontbijtbuffet" bestond uit een briefje waarop je kon kiezen wat je graag zou willen hebben!? Als het al voorradig was kreeg je wat je graag wilde, soms ontbrak brood of waren de serials op??!! De lokatie is enkel makkelijk bereikbaar met eigen vervoer! Het aangekondigde "balkon" was 1 stoel breed, dus langs elkaar schuiven om de andere stoel te kunnen bereiken! Al bij al zeer teleurstellend bezoek aan dit overprijsde hotel!!!

-: - breakfast always same things every day, should have more choices - Housekeeping good cleaning But there is no check before leaving the room, such as tissues, bath soap, toilet paper, cotton bud, drinking water, etc. Because I have to asked for those things every day- staff not really friendly but some of them they do a good job I've stayed in a 5 star or 4 star hotel a lot also worked in 5 stay hotel and cruise ship I knew about service standards so if you want to show up your place as a hotel I think your staff really need to have service training. I choose your hotel coz I think it’s a nice hotel beautiful and the room look nice but service not wow.

+: Kjempefint hotell med beste senga jeg har hatt i Thailand noen gang. Rene og fine rom, stille og rolig. Bra sjåførtjeneste. Forferdelig frokost, og litt mye surr med klesvask. Bra mat i restauranten om kvelden!
