+: The service the staff the suite was beyond perfect the hotel location is near many shopping malls cafes restaurants & two min walk to sky train station

-: They didn’t let know they have a shuttle service to many things around the hotel

+: The overall setting is warm and staff is friendly.

-: Cleanliness. My room is dusty. When I checked in, there 2 dead crockroaches beside the bed. Called front desk to arrange housekeeping while we head out. When return at 10pm, roaches are still there.

+: The staff are very friendly and service is welcoming.

-: While it is near a BTS station, there isn’t much near the hotel by walking distance.

+: المكان قريب جدا من المجمعات اقامتي كانت قصيره يومين ولكم استمتعت بالاجواء الكافيه بالفندق اكله لذيذ قرب المجمعات من الفندق الموظفين بشوشين طلبت سياره اجره ساعه 6.30 الصبح قبل الوقت السياره كانت تنتظر للامانه اقامه ممتعه - حجم الغرفه - البيرقر حلال عندهم عجيبه
