+: Les chambres vue directe sur plage, la douche extérieure, la taille, top. La piscine, top, un chouïa trop chaude :), le personnel.
-: Les infrastructures à part la piscine et le restaurant principal sont indéniablement à restaurer. Le spa est vieillot, le restaurant thai étrangement placé (salle à l'arrière, pas vue sur mer) et fatigué. La chambre est sympa et grande mais la décoration est fatiguée aussi.

-: 1. Staff was not helpful, no a bit hospitality.2. Location is a disaster, no 711Big C around unless you walk 10+ minuets.3. The whole villa is out of age, the design and facilities was like 30 years ago. Enter the villa, feels like back to the 1990s. For the record, I am 100% support environment friendly actions, but you need to open the AC after you enter the room when there is almost 40 degrees.One more incident, they hotel unexpectedly repair some tube and water tank. As a result, the staff cut off our water, without notifying us! I noticed the pool water stopped, so I called the front desk , they just told tank repair and didn’t inform no water in bathroom. That was insanely frustrating and the staff just directed us to GYM for shower which is cold water by the way.The breakfast is not worthy, not recommended!

-: La plage c'est de decoration, car il n'est pas recommandable, selon les indications de l'hotel, pour se baigner. Une désagréable surprise. Il y a une navette pour se rendre à une plage à 25 minutes de l'hôtel, mais il faut la réserver un jour à l'avance et seulement avec deux horaires d'aller et deux de retour. L'information qu'il y avait une plague de termites, après le paiement. Besoin d'un taxi pour te déplacer, même si c'est à côté de l'hôtel, car tu es sur une voie avec beaucoup de traffic et sans trotoir. Le personnel parle un anglais très basic. Donc difficile la communication.
