-: La piscine extrêmement sale des notre arrivée, cela à été réglé quel le 5 eme jour de notre sejour ! Pas d'eau chaude, énormément de vis a vis , bruit et travaux a côté. Nous avons été fortement déçu 😞

-: 1. It's tottaly different than on the pictures. Small and old. And with neighbors drinking and smoking 3 meters from your door without a fence.2. We were asked to pay $35 extra for the electricity. After 35 hours of staying.3. Beds were not ready when we moved in

-: la villa ne correspondait pas au détail de l’annonce de booking.comle portail électrique était en panne et n’a jamais été réparé le store déroulant extérieur n’éteint plus étanche et le moteur été HS donc impossible de l’enroulerla cuve d’eau été vide et donc plus d’eau dans la villa obligé d’appeler pendant 2 h afin d’avoir de l’assistance on nous a remplis la cuve à 21h00difficulté d’obtenir un manager car plusieurs contact et on ne sais pas qui fait quoi

-: Nuotraukos booking puslapyje labai skiriasi nuo realybės. Patalynė nebuvo pakeista po buvusių svečių! Vonios kambaryje visas dvi paras bėgo vanduo ant grindų. Kiemo vartai buvo sugedę ir neužsidarė.

+: The property is in a quiet location. It has three bathrooms and a decent pool outside. Jimmy at the check-out was very kind.

-: We booked and paid the property for 6 guests, but at the arrival we found out there were beds only for 4 guests. Two guests spent a night sleeping on the sofa with no pillows and sheets. We had to complain and push the management for almost 24 hours in order to get the issue sorted out (they brought and extra bed and two pillows, but one of the guests ended up sleeping on the sofa for the entire week). We kept asking unsuccessfully for extra sheets for the sofa but I believe there were communication issues between management and housekeepers.The management tried to charge us separately for electricity until we proved that wasn’t part of the contract when we reserved the villa through booking.com The gate outside was broken (we read about this issue in other reviews months ago and still it wasn’t fixed)

-: The gate doesn't shut so no privacy for the pool.Smells like damp after being locked up all day need to air out.Didn't tell us in advance of the extra charge for electricity usage. That should be made known at booking or you could just include in the price or have a X amount included and anything over is charged for.Otherwise good.
