Welcome Plaza Hotel Pattaya is located ideally in the city center within walking distance to Pattaya's major sights. It features a large outdoor pool with a full service poolside bar where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks and signature cocktails on the sun loungers. Free WiFi is available in all of the rooms.
Simply furnished and decorated in warm earth tones, the rooms all have satellite TV, a refrigerator and their own individually-controlled air conditioning. It also features a private balcony with views of the city or pool. The private bathroom all have a hot shower, towels and free toiletries.
At Welcome Plaza Pattaya, guests will find a helpful 24-hour front desk that can assist with car rentals, sightseeing tours as well as laundry services. For families with young children, the hotel also offers babysitting services for an extra charge.

+: Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Y tiene una entrada de gran hotel pero muy anticuado. Lo demás mal. Teníamos contratado habitación doble superior con bañera y vista a la piscina. Nos dieron una sin bañera y vista a la ciudad. Nos la volvieron a cambiar, y nos dieron una con mini bañera y con cortina con vista a la ciudad, y tuvimos que volver a recepción a cambiar de habitación. Al final vimos a unas de las limpiadoras limpiando una habitación con vista a la piscina, con ducha sin bañera, que estaba mejor que las anteriores y ya elegimos esa, pero no era lo contratado.
-: Todo. El mobiliario de las habitaciones antiguo y roto. Las cortinas de las bañeras viejas. Las toallas rasgadas y con agujeros. No tenían caja fuerte, ni calentador para prepararte nada. Una nevera minúscula. El desayuno horrible, café malo, ningún tipo de zumo, era agua coloreada. Los manteles del comedor con agujeros. La comida era muy escasa, poca variedad, y sin sabor ninguna.
