+: Clean, fresh, modern apartment with cooking facilities, good aircon, a sofa, eating area with table, crockery, etc. Also a balcony. Lovely, helpful, friendly staff.

-: No lift, not close to amenities and had to take a taxi to places. Difficult for taxis to find the location.
