+: The customer service is exceptional. My room was very comfortable and I slept amazingly well. It was like a little apartment with my own entry. The pool was right outside the back patio doors of my room. The water was pleasantly warm. It is shaded in the afternoon, so maybe not a spot for sunbathing. Kata Beach is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of shops along the way for souvenirs and food. The couple that runs it is incredibly hospitable. They have U.S. hospitality experience and took very good care of me. I had booked a taxi through Booking.com for my arrival and it was a disaster, so I requested help with my return. Gift arranged my early morning taxi for my departure flight and that trip went very smoothly. She also got a taxi for me to see the Big Buddha and also priced some other options for sightseeing for me, although my trip was short and I ended up not doing them. I had a multi-destination trip and this was by far my favorite stay because it was so stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

+: Erittäin ihana pariskunta, rauhallisella paikalla ja vain 2min kävelymatkan päässä night marketilta ja muulta vilskeeltä. Huone oli erittäin hyvä, ja tilava. Iso tilava jääkaappia ja 2 parveketta.

+: Pool was nice. Staff very nice and accommodating. Rooms were quite large and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Easy walking distance to the night market and central location to 3 beaches - we walked to each of them.
-: Pool could use more lounge chairs. Our first room - AC wasn't great, and the drapes were sheer so the sun lite it up early. We asked for new room and were moved right away but that means your room is luck of the draw.
