+: The best part of this resort was the spacious room with the accesse to the public swimming pool and the bathroom. Actually, the room was much better than I expected. Most staff members were friendly and helpful.
-: On the 13th of June, my mum and I visited your resort for holiday.This trip was planned by me for quite a long time to celebrate the mother and daughter time of our first traveling overseas together. Both of us were thrilled. However, when we stood in front of your reception to check in, a male receptionist spoke to us like a cold machine with unfriendly and indifferent attitudes to respond to my basic inquiries. I was thinking that he might be upset about something. Moreover, what I tried was being considerate. Next day, I went to the reception to ask about the price of the indoor comfortable slippers offered in our room. The same staff as we arrived yesterday. His attitude was rude and impolite, and he only told us to wait until he had time to figure out if the resort still had it with inpatient facial expression without greeting, smiling, and answering my questions again. This was the first time I had experienced such a terrible and unacceptable service of a resort receptionist during my travel. Due to this unpleasant experience, I am seeking for his apologies to us for the unacceptable behaviour he displayed. By the way, his name is Pravith. Yours Sincerely Sarah Y

+: Outstanding hospitality & efficient service. Facilities are all in order. Clean all around. Delicious breakfast with variety of dishes. Location is a bit off Central but reachable with abundant ehailing service.

+: Big room, clean and very quiet hotel with nice pool.Clean the room every day.The staff helped me to get the room that I wanted, thank you.
-: Hot water in shower is on and off, not possible to control.Hotel is under construction, which made first 2 night impossible to sleep. The hotel should have advised this upon booking.
