-: 1. This hotel is for Chinese tourists, many of Chinese group tour so you will hear loud noise all the time even if you stay in your room the whole day and night 2. For breakfast, it is all Chinese breakfast I was disappointed a lot since I ever stayed at Wyndham Phuket it is super different services and the guest manner … 3. Since it’s been opened 3 months so it is no reception at front desk 7x24? Because I tried to call them many times but no one picked up 4. I was super unlucky the room next to me, they made noise the whole night , karaoke and yelling until 5 am in the morning I call to reception it was lucky that the receptionist solved this problem but after that at 7:30 the Chinese group tour were gathering at the pool and yelling, shouting make noise around 15-20 for photo session, all in all I couldn’t sleep well even I decided to stay here for my vacation… this one is extremely disappointed 5. The cleanliness in the room, the floor is dirty and I found hair on the desk and chair All in all, I do not recommend for this hotel if you need to go for vacation or leisure for your holiday you will get upset and harmful for your health for a bonus, with the price that I paid for a long holiday it was not worth at all.

+: สระว่ายน้ำเหมาะกับการพาเด็ก ๆ มาเล่นมาก ๆ ครับห้องดีเกินกว่าที่คาดหวังมาก ๆ ห้องใหญ่ 2 ห้อง 2 ห้องน้ำ 1 รับแขก กว้างสบายสุด ๆ ลงมาทานอาหารเช้าก็ดีเลยครับ
-: โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่มาก ๆ ทำให้ระบบอาจจะยังไม่ค่อยพร้อม โทรศัพท์ใช้ๆม่ได้ ทีวีดูไม่ได้ อินเตอร์เน็ต ติด ๆ ดับ ๆ แต่อื่น ๆ ดีหมดนะครับ
