+: الافطار جيد ومتنوع وحلال لكن لايوجد وصف على اصناف الطعام

-: الكهرباء انقطعت بالمكان اكثر من مره بسبب الامطار ووالمسبح الخاص تفاجأت أنه الغرفه اللي حاجزينها بمسبح خاص مشتركه مع الفله الثانيه مافي خصوصيه والغرف الثانيه يقدرون يجوفونك

+: The Hotel Staff were rather good manners, but lack proper training and guidance from management's team. Property is rather new but lack proper maintenance and possesses danger in some area.

-: 1. no phone in the room, only sending messages thru Hotel's QR code apps. they usually took half an hour to respond. so in emergency, it's dangerous. Also not idea for non tech savy tourists.2. The breakfast buffet was a letdown with variety but no quality. the bakery is not fitting for Hotel’s standard. Daily hot food special is served under light, which does not keep food warm. Noodle soup is blended, and all hot food is rubbish3. Crowd control is bad at breakfast, with customers roaming around to find seats. Clearing service is noisy and rude by manager, affecting others' diner.

+: L'hôtel, l'emplacement, la piscine, les espaces, la salle de sport petite mais fonctionnelle Le personnel vraiment très sympa et à l'écoute

-: La plupart des armoires n'ont pas d'étagère c'est très surprenant La communication avec la réception de fait uniquement via une application Cela implique des temps de réponse assez longs malgré la bonne volonté du personnel La restauration de la piscine qui est très bonne mais extrêmement limitée surtout pour les enfants
