-: แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น อยากได้มุมสูบบุหรี่ริมสระเวลานั่งดื่มตอนค่ำ อยากให้ปรับปรุงความสะอาดในห้องพักมีฝุ่นที่ขอบกระจก อ่างล้างหน้า ความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ

+: Location is nice, but nothing nearby. I was told on booking that there would be English speaking staff, I expected them to be able to say more than hello. When I have stayed at other Thai hotels, staff go out of their way to help you with taxis and trips out. These guys didn't give a care and suddenly spoke zero English! Sat in restaurant twice to order food, ignored twice. Second occasion 2 staff just laughed in my face when I asked why they would not help me. As vegetarian, literally only food was a pizza. All local restaurants were very fishy. Literally ate toast at breakfast, also grim and lacking in choice and crisps from local shop. No attempt to make vegetarian meal was made for me, not even omelette which is usually an option. Although if it was like the breakfast option, no thanks!

-: Rude, unhelpful staffNoise from other guests, at 3am I went out and told them to STFU as they were running in hallway shouting and banging doors. So much for 24 reception!Smell of sewerage one day when out using pool - staff seemed oblivious to this when I mentioned it!I chose this hotel as one I really liked look off said it had working taking place. Er, so did this place they just didn't mention this on booking! There was no supervision on the pool, some kid butt naked running in out of pool, spitting out water and throwing stones in it, no parents in site. Kid was 6yr max! I have been to Thailand, including Pattaya, before and love embracing the "foreigness' of the place but this time I felt very uncomfortable. I would say I was the only English person there and this seemed to inconvenience staff in turn inconveniencing me!

+: Der erste Eindruck vom RestaurantHotel, das Frühstücksbufet war reichlich für jeden etwas dabei und lecker. Bett bequem und groß. Klima funktioniert lässt sich gut regulieren.

-: Der eigentliche Eingang zur Lobby Checkin liegt in der Seitenstraße über einer Holztreppe die wiederum kaum zuerreichen ist da Autos direkt davor parken. Zimmer ist so klein das keine Ablagemöglichkeit nebers Bett passt Möbel in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, Bad sauber bis auf ein paar Schimmelflecken in der Dusche. Kleiner Pool mit Kleinkinder und ihren Müttern u.Tanten überfüllt. Nur wenig Sitzgelegenheit am Pool. Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel nur durch eine schmale Straße getrennt ist riesig, aber am Tag nicht zugebrauchen keinerlei Schatten Stühle sonstiges, Leer! das ist Wüste pur Das Meer ist dreckig nicht geeignet zum Schwimmen o. abkühlen. Nur am Abend trauen sich ein paar Einheimische mit selbst mitgebrachten Klappstühle an den Strand u. ins Meer. Mit dem Motto was ich nicht sehe ist nicht da. Der Abend an der guten Poolbar (Getränke) durch die vielen Kinder gestört Am guten Frühstücks Bufett sind dann die vielen Kleinkinder mit ihren Müttern ständig im Restaurant lautstark unterwegs. Erholung und in Ruhe genießen ist auch dann nicht wirklich machbar. Wir kommen nicht wieder
