+: The experience was perfect at all levels.Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival.Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort.Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful.The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items.The kitchen has all supplies.The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily.Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel.
