+: The hotel is a lot better than on the photos. Spread out and very convenient.

-: The entertainment every night was very loud until midnight. We could hear it from any room.

+: l'emplacement géographique en bord de mer. la plage propre et grande; la propreté du linge (draps et serviettes de bain propres et neufs)

-: D'abord dès l'arrivée, pas de places de parking réservées pour les résidents et un grand cafouillage dans la disponibilité des chambres réservées. (Réservation : 2 chambres triple , on nous a attribué 2 chambres double en prétextant que booking.com n'a pas transmis qu'il y avait 2 enfants avec les 4 adultes). Conséquences : pour régler ce dysfonctionnement, plus de deux heures perdues sur un week-end déjà court. Les chambres : à cause de la fenêtre cassée (sans vitre) de la salle de bain : 1 il y avait de la poussière et du sable partout, 2 le soir pas moyen de s'isoler du bruit de l'animation (la zone de spectacles était juste en face) 3 la clim n'a pas pu être optimisée. Ensuite en formule "Tout compris" (all inclusive), les boissons sur la plage n'étaient pas disponibles en permanence, avec juste 2 glacières sous un parasol, ça fait des ruptures de stock en continu... on pouvait avoir à attendre un bon moment pour avoir un verre d'eau. Pareil au restaurant, pas moyen d'avoir de l'eau sur la table. il fallait aller chercher au verre dans un distributeur qui se vidait très vite
