+: Food was nice with a large selection.
-: Staff could have been more attentive. Had to inquire about my washing a few times. Seemed like some of the staff frowned about serving alcohol. Rooms were a little worn down. I booked a room with a double bed and they assigned me one with 3 single beds. Took them a day to redo the bed setting.

-: Die Klimaanlagen werden ab 15. SEPTEMBER ausgeschaltet aber diese info steht nirgendwo weder bei Booking noch auf der offizielle seite von diesem Hotel. Abends und in der Nacht waren die Zimmertemperaturen ok aber Tagsüber, wenn man zum chillen, im Zimmer bleiben wollte war es nicht angenehm. Ganz ehrlich eine Klimaanlage in so einem warmen Land wie Tunesien (auch im September) ist es eine Zumutung die Klimaanlagen auszuschalten. Für Behinderte bzw. Gehbehinderten Menschen ist dieses hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Die haben zwar Rampen an den Treppen aber leider keine Handläufe. Einer unserer Freunden war behindert und als wir die Rampen ohne Handläufe gesehen haben wollten wir Stornieren. Die Rezeption wollte uns klarmachen dass das Booking zu entscheiden hat dabei war das gelogen. Das hat einzig uns alein das Hotel zu entscheiden.das hat mir der Kundenservice gesagt. Daraufhin dat Booking die angerufen aber die haben wohl knallhart mitten im Gespräch aufgelegt und auf die e mails von Booking haben die auch nicht reagiert. Ich muss sagen der Kundensercice von Booking ist Top die haben die nicht in ruhe gelassen die haben sich für uns richtig gut eingesetzt. Da es schon spät in der nacht war haben wir uns entschieden letztendlich da zu bleiben. Ich habe mich entschlossen meinen Freund die Treppen zu tragen. Ganz ehrlich von der Rezeption für dumm verkauft werden ist mir auch noch nie passiert. Da im der Ecke gibt es genug schöne Hotels das nächste mal werden wir in einem anderen Hotel Buchen.

-: Les meubles et la chambre sont très vieux.Monotonie au niveau du buffet (surtout le midi) presque la plupart des plats sont les mêmes.L'emplacement : situé à l'extrémité de la zone touristique, il faut prévoir le déplacement en voiture.

+: Zimmer waren neu renoviert und sehr komfortabel! Meerblick war grandios, hatten wir auch gebucht.

-: Unfortunately the hotel did not organize any excursions thus we needed to settle them with other partners, however, the stuff helped us.
