+: On my arrival Reception staff changed room to one with adjoining door next to my brother who was arriving later. All staff so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. No hassle with fighting for sun loungers by the pool. Lots of food choice.
-: Pillows hard and a bit lumpy but a soft on provided within 30 minutes upon request.

+: The main pool was the only enjoyable part of the hotel.
-: We booked a ‘superior suite’ but the room was tired and then was invaded by Carpenter Ants, as they can bite and we have small children we had to move them in the middle of the night to a lesser room, we were not refunded the difference. Generally tired. Food was not young child friendly.Other than Nessrine (customer service rep) staff were generally unhelpful and incompetent.
