+: Malgré qu'on a fait le plus court séjour qui puisse exister (check in à 12h et on est parti en urgence pédiatrique à 18h) on a passé la nuit à la clinique pas à l'hôtel Le personnel est d'un grand professionnalisme et respectueux ; la chambre correcte, propre ,service de bienvenue tout était au top pendant les qq heures qu'on a passé avant la crise de convulsion de mon enfant ; le réceptionniste à contacté rapidement le médecin de l'hôtel dr Ben Mlouka qui a fait le nécessaire rapidement Mille merci Royal hôtel ; et dr Ben Mloukaon reviendra une autre fois pour profiter d'un séjour paisible chez vous

+: Good value, the pool area was nice, and good location.
-: Very bad WiFi and the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. I was there for work purposes and it made it very hard to get any work done. If you don’t mind hot rooms and bad WiFi then it’s great!

+: It was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel presented us with cake, flowers fruit and directors came to wish us happy anniversary. All staff were exceptional. Enjoyed the evening entertainment as animation crew really pulled people in.
