+: Check-In v ranních hodinách.

-: Rezervace přes booking nebyla na recepci dohledána. Zaměstnanci sice ubytování dostali, ale bylo to značně komplikované. Při Check-Out nebyla umožněna platba kartou i když hotel uvádí, že přijímá Visa i Mastercard. Komunikace s hotelem před příjezdem nebyla téměř žádná. Nebyli schopni reagovat na dotazy. Jelikož se jednalo o ubytování zdravotnické eskorty pacienta při repatriaci, bylo velice důležité, aby vše mělo hladký průběh, což ze strany hotelu nebylo realizováno.

-: Chambre et parties communes de l'hôtel sales Pas de ménage de la chambre en 3 jours malgré notre demande à 3 reprises. Repas insipide voir mauvais Musique qui hurle jusqu'à minuit A se demander si cet hôtel est géré !!!!! Très cher avec des prestations qui n'y sont pas!!!
