-: Nous avons eu de l’eau froide pour se doucher 2 jours sur 5. Le store de notre chambre n’était pas occultant. Nous étions réveillés avec le jour à 5 heures du matin!

-: On top of the extra charges, the service provided was appalling, starting from the moment I arrived and there was no one available to check me in, plus the jacuzzi isn't usable as it wasn't switched on on time to make it ready to use. the front door lock is too loose, and that made me feel so unsecured, and it wasn't fixed despite reporting it.

-: I would have hoped to find the house a bit cleaner. Cups, glasses, cutlery are in number that’s so small that is limiting for the use of the kitchen.
