+: La localisation par rapport au centre ville, restaurant, commerces et plus particulièrement la plage .
-: Les coupures d'eau tout les soirs à partir de 19h19h30 jusqu'au lendemain matin , ce qui n'a pas été notifié !!. Machine à laver bancale en raison de la rouille présente au niveau des pieds, bruyante pendant l'essorage..Vue à l'arrière ..?

+: Struttura in ottima posizione, in zona ben servita, subito dietro una via di passaggio, quindi molto tranquilla. Gentilissimo il signor Alì sempre disponibile in caso di necessità. Appartamento molto ampio e vivibile
-: Purtroppo intorno ci sono aree non costruite che vengono scambiate per discariche, quindi il panorama intorno non è dei migliori. Peccato perché anche le case intorno sono belle, alcune nuovissime.Toglierei tappetini scendiletto, coperte pelose e centrini, inevitabilmente poco igienici e ricettacolo di polvere. Toglierei il nylon dai materassi e fornirei cuscini un po' più comodi. Un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia, soprattutto in cucina.
