-: Très déçu de l'accueil. Le personnel est désagréable. Beaucoup de saletés dans les couloirs non nettoyés pendant plusieurs jours. Ce qui est encore plus choquant est le fait qu'en demi pension ils nous refusent de l'eau pendant le repas et exigent qu'on l'achète en bouteille à 8 d la bouteille. Il refusent aussi de mettre à disposition une fontaine pour boire et nous interdisent d'amener notre petite bouteille d'eau avec nous.Ce qui est forcément inacceptable pour les gens qui sont obligés de prendre des médicaments pendant les repas . A ce mode de fonctionnement qui est contraire aux règles de la restauration pour un hôtel dé trois ou quatre étoiles, ils nous donnent des explications du genre la loi nous interdit ou il faut comprendre que l'hôtel a le droit de se faire un peu d'argent sur l'eau.En partant ils refusaient de me donner une facture. Il a fallut que j'insiste vraiment pour les obliger à le faire.Je deconseillerai cet hôtel sur les raiseaux sociaux . Je demande à booking. Com de bien vouloir rattraper ce coup avec un geste commercial.

-: We booked this hotel for the slides. We were charged for a big room with two bedrooms one for me and my husband other with a closing door for my child with a second double bed. When we booked in they gave us a tiny box room with one bed and a little mattress on the side of the bed. No room to move about. When I complained they said the room I paid for wasn’t available. We changed room to a bit bigger but still no second bedroom. Beds were very very uncomfortable and the double bed for me and my husband was just two single mattresses put together. We were still charged the full price for the bigger room and was told an adjustment of price was not available because we booked with booking.com. Breakfast was disgusting and restaurant was dirty. We wanted to stay an extra night in sousse but had to leave the horrible hotel and left early without using any of the facilities. Might have been nice 30 years ago but now it’s run down and not a place you want to stay in.
