+: Le cadre est agréable, le personnel était vraiment sympa. L’hôtel est très propre Les animateurs ont mis de l’ambiance, une équipe dynamique .

+: The location is good, inside the medina, access to the traditional souk from the resort.The buffet, the food variety, and the taste were delicious.The pools were clean, and the animation was great for all the family.Clean rooms and spacious.

-: To have to pay for water. I found it very insignificant compared to the quality and quality of the food served, it would be understandable to pay for other burvrage other than simply water, even for in the room no water provided only first day, cost of 1 L bottles of water 4 DT ~ 1.1 euro.This is the only negative part that I found other than that great resort, already planned to come back soon.

+: Sehr herzliches Personal und ganz besonders der freundliche Booking Manager, der uns wegen unserer Buchung kontaktiert und diese korrigiert hat. Richtig coole suit die sicher hübscher und authentischer als auf den Bildern ist. Wir waren zu viert und hatten sehr viel platz und eine gemütliche Wohnküche. Der Frühstück ist sehr gut das Abendessen ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist top.

Staff didn’t tell us that water was not included in the price when we asked for water.

+: Nous avons apprécié la variété de loisirs pour les petits ainsi que le personnel d’animation….Nous avons choisis une suite très spacieuse propre et très agréable en plein été avec climatisation partout.Il y’a 3 piscines juste en sortant de notre suite.Le buffet petit déjeuner et dîner offre une grande variété au niveau dû choix…. Bonus pour le personnel d’accueil avec le sourire et accueil… je reviendrai

-: Le seule point négatif c’est le fait d’avoir appelé plusieurs fois l’accueil de ma chambre et qu’il ne soit jamais venu pour ma réclamation.

+: Beautiful & clean property. Had a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. Well ventilated rooms. Fresh look.Helpful staff especially Issam at reception, who was courteous & very kind.Kids loved the swimming pools and ice cream. Nice beach. Aquapark and Carthage land access was an added bonusPlenty of food available Thank you the hotel staff for their hospitality. Will come again
