-: - arrivée dans une première chambre avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du nous battre pour obtenir une deuxième chambre - lit bébé fourni : haut et sans barrière de protection donc inutilisable pour un bébé - odeur dans les couloirs désagréable - arrivée dans une deuxième chambre : fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains, jamais prise en compte- petit-déjeuner de qualité médiocre et dans une pièce non-climatisée- eau de la piscine trouble- trappe ouverte sur le passage de la piscine d'une profondeur de 2 mètres : très dangereux- tarifs à la tête du client- commande d'un jus de pomme, on nous sert une boisson rouge (semblable à de la grenadine)- aucune animation pour les enfants- prise arrachée dans les chambres - une de nos chambres n'avait qu'une seule prise- prix trop important pour la qualité du service

+: Pool air in room

-: Honestly I would never stay here again. Food was terrible, not close to anything. Bad management. Air only in room, no where else in hotel.Elevator quit most of time. No wifi in the rooms and no extra plugs to charge your phones. I could say more..but whats the point...just bad place.
