+: La magnifique plage devant l’hôtel, malheureusement remplie de méduses. Le parc aquatique, la nourriture. Bon rapport qualité prix.Les activités possibles parachute, jet ski .Le personnel de la réception surtout les jeunes filles adorables, les serveurs et le personnel en général sont très gentils et serviables. Le choix de plat chaque jour avec du fait maison.

-: L’équipe d’animation ne dit même pas bonjour quand vous les croisez, ils ne cherchent pas du tout à vous connaître sauf si vous êtes une jeune femme en string… Ils ne communiquent même pas sur les activités proposées.Je n’ai pas apprécié le chef du restaurant qui hurle devant nous sur les serveurs qui se donnent pourtant à fond. Idem pour la responsable des femmes de ménage qui les maltraite également devant nous.Puis svp changez la musique de la piscine c’est fini les années 90 depuis longtemps !!!

+: Our stay in the hotel had two different sides to a coin. On the positive side, the kids enjoyed the water slides and the pools. On the first day, they also enjoyed the buffet; the food was generally very tasty. The room was also very nice; the balcony had a nice view.

-: Sadly, there were more drawbacks than highlights with our stay. First, we were impressed by the lack of hygiene at the restaurant and when eating meals. The staff does its best to keep the restaurant clean, but this is not enough. The amount of flies in each dining table was unbearable. In the end, we just opted to skip some meals. The food was monotonous and repetitive, and the coffee always tasted burnt. At various moments, the hotel ran out of towels and ice. The beach was full of garbage and algae, and the sand strip was also small. My son was stung by jellyfish twice; there could be signs mentioning this to tourists. The beach mattresses could also definitely be renewed or cleaned, and the beach chairs replaced (falling to pieces). The amount of people in the pool was on the limit of hygienic. To tell you the truth, I would rate this Hotel more a 3-star than a 4-star.
