+: A racist hotel that is beyond the borders and does not allow veiled women to go to the swimming pool with a burkini. I do not recommend using booking in Tunisia, as it is not recognized here. I visited the hotel.. After my reservation at the hotel was confirmed and I took a long way by taxi to the hotel, I was not allowed to enter the hotel even though I My reservation was confirmed by booking..and they told me verbatim that we do not acknowledge my reservation. Call them and cancel it, and this is in front of the hotel door..and the booking and delivery services are very bad. I spent hours with customer service and at the end of the day she said to me, “I will suggest another place nearby, which is a small and bad apartment.” The worst experience I have had is booking. I advise everyone to book through other agencies because they are much cheaper and have better service.
-: فندق عنصري لي ابعاد الحدود ولا يسمح للمحجبات بنزول إلى حوض السباحة بالبوركني .ولا انصح باستعمال ال booking في تونس فهنا لا يعترف به اكثريت الفندق ..أنا بعد تم تأكيد حجزي في الفندق وقطع طريق طويلة بالتاكسي إلى الفندق لم يسمح لي بالدخول إلى الفندق أنا وزوجتي مع اني تم تأكيد حجزي من ال booking ..وقالو لي بالحرف لا نعترف بحجز اتصال بهم والغي وهذا أمام باب الفندق ..وخدمات الbooking والتوصل سيء جدا لقد تحورت لي ساعات مع خدمة العملاء وفي الأخرى تقول لي سوف اقترح عليك مكان أخرى قريب وهي شقة صغيرة وسيء ...اسوى تجربة لي الbooking.. انصح الجميع بالحجز عن طريق الوكالات الأخرى لأنها ارخص بكثير وافضل في الخدمة
