+: On m’a donné une chambre où la clim était trop faible. Jai fait une réclamation et j’ai eu droit à un surclassement gratuit. Merci encore pour le réceptionniste . Petit déjeuner varié. Le personnel est tres accueillant.

+: Everything in Occidental Lac is excellent, making me feel comfortable and calm. What draws my attention is the staff’s cheerful attitude and always ready to meet the guests’ desires, and the extreme honesty of all the employees through a personal experience I had that made me love staying at the hotel even more.
