+: L’accueil et particulièrement Salah qui a été très agréable et nous sommes arrivés le jour de la fête de la musique très belle organisation avec de très bon artiste

+: This hotel is an impressive building, beautifully designed with lots of internal relaxing places The palm trees and gardens are beautiful

-: Not much to be honest , the bathroom fixtures probably could do to be replaced but they work and are clean, I didn’t like there was nowhere to walk around the hotel Men have to wear trousers in the dining rooms in the Evening, a heads up on the would have been good

+: La struttura molto bella, ha una spa altrettanto bella. La massaggiatrice davvero competente. Piscina stupenda con curato pratino verde . Spiaggia privata fronte mare amena. Piatto di frutta e cioccolatini in camera. Buona colazione

-: il gestore della spa mi ha chiesto insistentemente di saldare prima il massaggio. Ho dovuto attendere ben 10 minuti prima che arrivasse. Ho chiesto di pagare dopo il massaggio ma non è stato possibile. Hanno pensato che sarei fuggita in accappatoio? Lo stesso è stato per il conto alla reception: mi è stato chiesto di saldare appena messo piede nella struttura. Non avevo ancora neanche avuto il piacere di entrare in camera mia!! Due junior suite avevamo preso. Non c’era alcun courtesy kit. Non opportuno per la categoria di camera! Troppi bambini urlanti per una categoria” Focussed adult”come definita. Servizio bar piscina lento e approssimativo. Colazione con macchina caffè automatica. Stanza priva di macchina caffè espresso

-: Cons Outdated hotel- not refurbished at all. Check in team- aren’t honest about rooms and views No need to lie about views - just be honest Salah at front desk insisted the room had views - sea view, pool and Harbour. We aren’t dumb nor blind - we knew it didn’t have such views Basic toiletteries- just shampoo, shower gel and soap Limited towels and have to ask for more and then cleaners reluctant to give more Rooms are all carpeted - heavily scented and not cleaned well - see dust rolls and crumbs around Only 3 restaurants and poor food quality Same everyday at breakfast Same vegetables daily - green pepper, carrots, marrow and tomatoes - cooked or uncooked - this seems to be the main staple available veg all over Tunisia Shocking to see how the buffet Resto tables are not cleaned and how they clean while people are still eating Eg: dusting mats and tossing all crumbs on ground and swiping off mats! Horrible party on a Friday night- some launch of the beachside restaurant - extremely loud blasting music till almost 3am. Horrible music too and disregarded paying hotel guests Beach area : supposedly private but dirty - lots of plastic and seaweed - they did do some cleaning but not quite enough Cleanliness is not a strong suite Seen this in 2 hotels in Hammamet What you see online is NOT what you get nor experience in reality Price points for water and coffees are high for location - like EU prices
