-: Taxe payée deux fois (en ligne (1 euro 27 et sur place 2 dinars ) pas de gel douche, pas de savon , pas de shompoing, souchette cassé, poussière partout , lavabos bouché, retard au petit dej.

+: J'ai apprécié l'emplacement; l’accueil les chambres propres la vue sur mer

-: la manque de l'eau chaude j'ai payé demi pension mais j'ai arrivé la nuit vers 21 h je n'ai rien trouvé

+: La vue extérieur est juste splendide et un gros bon point pour l’animateur Hassine, personne qui connaît et aimes son métier 👍

-: Réservation de 12 chambres et seulement 4 avaient de l’eau chaude ! Les pannes arrivent oui mais celle ci était déjà présente depuis plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. Ayant été en contact avec l’hôtel au préalable ils auraient pu nous prévenir surtout que nous venions de loin (9h de route) et pour un mariage !!! Chambre sale et poussiéreuse ! Salle de bain sale +++ Buffet repas (dîner et petit dej) MÉDIOCRE ! Lait TRANSPARENT 🤷‍♀️ Personnel de l’accueil incompétent

+: first we were informed upon arrival that there was no hot water in the rooms so either we take the rooms or leave the property, the staff did not apologize for the inconvenience they just informed us , there were orher costumers staying in rooms with hot water while the staff lied to us and said the whole hotel had a water problem, turned out they were choosing who to give the rooms with hot water to !!!upon leaving i was asked to pay a different price from the one i agreed to on booking.com !!!!!! however i refused very dirty bedsheets … no telephone in the rooms … no plugs to charge the phones i had to unplug the TV to charge my phone !!!!! i do not recommend this hotel one bit .
