+: Etablissement constant à lui-même (3eme sejour depuis 2016) dont j'ai encore le plus apprécié la gentillesse et dévouement de tous les personnels et la qualité générale de l'établissement Wifi effectif fonctionnant bien et partout à 90% donc fiable pour pouvoir travailler (accessoirement me concernant) Qualité de la nourriture variée irréprochable Jolie vue sur mer en cadeau surprise

-: Pratiquement jamais d'eau chaude dans ma chambre tout au bout de l'établissement (3001) Vin de piètre qualité en retrait d'autrefois, absence de serviettes de table tissu comme autrefois au profit d'un mini carré en papier bien insuffisant (très regrettable) Initialement la chambre dédiée aux parents et à l'enfant de 11 ans ne comportait pas de lit pour l'enfant et se trouvait être trop petite mais situation vite arrangée positivement Je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié lors du check-in d'être renvoyé à payer au caissier derrière l'autocar d'allemands...ce qui fut interminable. Lorsque vous traitez un client entrant, faites le juste qu'au bout c'est à la fois plus poli et plus considérant d'autant que les sommes en jeu ne sont pas négligeables. Faute de service à mon sens.

+: L'emplacement, la plage, la piscine et la nourriture qui est proposée tout au long de la journée en Buffet pratique si on ne mange aux heures de repas habituel. Bonnes activitées multiples avec un staff dynamique

-: Chambre pas propre vétuste, literie et oreillers pas confortable trop vieux. La salle de sport est nulle, pas de tapis de course qui fonctionne, appareils vraiment très vieux, obsolète.
