+: La chambre était propre, la piscine ainsi que la petite plage privée était très appréciée.

-: Cet hôtel est classé 5 étoiles. Je suis arrivée et je n'ai pas eu un seul verre d'eau de proposé, quelqu'un qui m'ait pris mon bagage ou tout simplement des explications chaleureuses et avec le sourire sur mon séjour. Le buffet est très médiocre et propose les mêmes plat pour le buffet froid, très peu de choix concernant le buffet chaud. Lors des repas, personne ne venait vers moi pour m'installer à une table ou bien me proposer quelque chose à boire. Les nappes sont d'une propreté exécrable. Bien entendu, j'ai fait remonté ces points au responsable de la cuisine et il est inadmissible d'avoir cette qualité de service pour un 5 étoiles. Le personnel semble non formé au service et bien entendu non formé au simple sourire qui peut faire la différence malgré la barrière de la langue. Décevant.

+: Location excellente proche du centre ville avec un accès direct à la plage. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Bon petit-déjeuner. Et ceci à un prix abordable.La Médina de Sousse est à un jet de pierre. Elle est superbe.Le personnel est charmant.

-: L'établissement est massif. Il sert une clientèle hétéroclite de vacanciers en packaged tour, de locaux et de rares individuels.

-: that I have to ask for water, for fruits and for tea bags. I already informed front desk that I am a shy person and will not call them to ask for water and tea bags and all other hotels add them daily. Room service cleaning needs more attention as well. in general they are great but they have to fix those 2 points

+: The hotel was in the perfect location, 5 mins away from a big mosque and also few nice restaurants close by.The hotel leads onto a private beach, the staff were super helpful, they always find the most suitable deck chairs of your choice. The swimming pools were very clean and the staff were also very helpful, they turn on the Jacuzzi in the indoor pool whenever you wish to use it. Most importantly for us was that we were allowed to wear long shorts (For Men) and Burkini for female, which a lot of the hotels in Tunisia do not allow. This is one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was good with lots of choices. We only booked breakfast included so we got to try out the local restaurants, however we also paid separately to try the buffet dinner which was very tasty with lots of choices of mains and desserts. The staff in the reception, the restaurants, were all very helpful and spoke English well. The Gym faces the sea, we worked out every morning before a buffet breakfast. The gym equipment was a bit outdated but ok. The hotel also has a spa, which we used, had full Hammam, massage and facial. Felt amazing. Very relaxing stay.

-: Las 5 estrellas estaban en el cielo pero no en este hotel.Cucarachas en la habitación cuando enciendas la luz se ven monton que luego se escoden entre las juntas de madera.Tarima flotante levantada por alguna inundación que han tenido anteriormente y la mantienen.La habitación parace un piso de los años 80.

-: Grandieux, presque trop. Mais un luxe un peu extérieur. Ensuite pas de wifi dans chambre, café très mauvais au petit déjeuner, personnel froid....

Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our wonderful experience.The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a treat, and we were particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. We chose to have only breakfast included because we wanted to explore the stunning Sousse to find the restaurants where the locals go to eat, but you have the possibility to choose all-inclusive resort option.Our room was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, making our stay even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access the town center and the best beaches Sousse has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the bedroom with sea viewing without asking for that, and we are very grateful for this. Overall, our time at Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa was memorable, and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Sousse.
