+: Internet was fast, check-in staff and beach staff were good. Bed was comfortable.
-: Was notified after turn-down service there would be music disturbance due to a wedding with 3 ferrero rocher as apology, blasting music until 2am, after reception told us it would be off by midnight. Could not sleep. Same extremely loud obnoxious music day after during lunch until at least 3pm, right next to the spa. Cockroach in my room. I closed the safe and would not open again. Toilet was faulty. Elevator stopped working for a few minutes. Pizza at lunch was raw. Barely any staff spoke English, and part of the staff, especially breakfastlunch, were pretty rude. First day breakfast was full, had to wait for a table though there was a whole room with tables that was empty. Beach set-up is only 1520 lounge chairs. Vendors coming up trying to sell stuff at least every 15 minutes. Kids with cars drove at extremely high speed on the beach just a few meters from us barely missing an old lady sitting by the water. No Wi-Fi at beach. Taxi they called, that they "know" wanted to charge me 40TND to drive to and from four seasons hotel (5 minute drive).
