    +: L emplacement est proche de la mer

    -: L accès à la plage est très difficile , le jardin de la maison est très sale et les insectes sont partout même à l intérieur de la maison ..les linges été très anciennes ..ma mère c est une personne âgée elle n’a pas pu nager car l accès est raide et la plage est plein de cailloux.

    +: The view, style, brightness, quietness, spaciousness, comfort, cleanliness and security.The pros outweigh the cons as the apartment is beautiful. Beware that you need a car.

    -: Old equipment (e.g. water leaking out of the shower, broken coffee machine…).Unprofessional staff (e.g. check in one hour late, man said he would come and fix the coffee machine but neither showed up or followed up, and annoying chill attitude as if none of this mattered).
